Mullum Primary School welcomes students from many different cultures and backgrounds and recognises and values the contribution our international students make to the life of our school.

Our international students are well integrated into the broader school community and we are able to provide strong support and guidance to these families and students.  Our teachers are committed professionals who are experienced, enthusiastic, caring and supportive. Students are fully integrated into the school program working alongside English speaking peers who help to support language development. 

 

Full time programs are available for students living in Melbourne with their family and are aged 5-12.

The Encounter Program

The Encounter Program is a short stay program and is offered in July/August every year for four weeks.  This program offers families a taste of Australian schooling and appeals to overseas students who are visiting Australia in their summer break.  The dates for the 2025 Encounter Program are Monday 21 July to Friday 15 August, 2025.   Please contact the school for a pre-approval letter that can be submitted with your application to the International Division.
